3 Egg Whites
1/3 Cup cottage cheese
Salsa
2 Pieces of lower sodium turkey bacon
Handful of spinach
Scramble egg whites in a pan using Pam non stick spray. Add spinach and cook til wilted.
Place on a plate and add cottage cheese on top with desired amount of salsa. Pre cook turkey bacon and tear up on top of mixture. Mix all together and enjoy.
*You can adjust recipe to your desires/ needs.
*This meal is 6oz of protein
