3-4 Chicken Breasts
1 cup of reduced sodium chicken broth
3 TBS Taco Seasoning
3 TBS Ranch Powder
*Place in crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 6 hours. Shred.
* I also add salsa in my crockpot sometimes.
* Serve with lettuce boats or on top of salad.
*Sautee colored peppers and onions in a pan using Pam spray to add in later. You can add them in crockpot in beginning if you want.
